World Wide Web Artists Consortium (WWWAC) Announces New Board Member

Final Position on Board of Directors Filled By Jonathan I. Ezor, New Media Business Attorney

NEW YORK (November 16, 1998) The World Wide Web Artists' Consortium (WWWAC) today announced the election of a new member to its 1998-1999 Board of Directors, filling the remaining slot in the 15-member board. Effective immediately, Jonathan I. Ezor, a new media business attorney, has become a director of WWWAC and shall serve as the WWWAC public information officer.

Jonathan I. Ezor is a noted expert on computer and Internet business law with his own practice based in New York. Author of the upcoming book "Less@Risk:Bringing Your Business Online While Identifying, Reducing and Managing Legal Problems" (Bloomberg Press, expected Fall 1999) and co-author of "Producing Web Hits" (IDG Books 1997), Mr. Ezor has been a regular columnist on legal issues for the @NY electronic weekly and BusinessWeek Online and written on Internet and computer legal topics for Advertising Age (which named him a "Web Warrior" in 1995), the New York New Media Association, and Infoworld. A graduate of Yale Law School, Mr. Ezor has practiced corporate and new media law at a number of New York City law firms. Most recently, he served as the Director of Legal Affairs for Poppe Tyson (now Modem Media.Poppe Tyson).
